What are the warranty terms?
Viamorae gives a one-Year Warranty
Your Viamorae piece is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or failed repair attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.

How can I apply my discount code or gift voucher?
You can use the discount code or gift card on the checkout page. The amount will be deducted from your order total. You may only use one discount code or gift card per order.

What are the delivery costs?
We offer free delivery for orders above $75. For orders below $75, a shipping fee of $6.95 applies.

When can I expect my order?
Depending on your location, delivery may take around 6-10 business days.
I have not received an order confirmation.
If your order has been processed successfully, you will receive the order confirmation in your mailbox within a few minutes. Always check your spam, or junk mail, box if you have not received anything.

Can i track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail containing a link you can use to track the shipment.

Exchanges & Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is in new, unworn condition with original packaging and labels attached. A $40 return shipping fee applies for returns to our Ibiza facility.
Once you’ve shipped your return back to us, we’ll process your refund within 14 days from the date you send the package. That’s our promise to you.

We are confident that you will love everything that you order from us! However, in the unlikely event that something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return it to us.
Can I exchange my items?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. If you want a different size or colour, simply place a new order.
Received a damaged item?
We're really sorry to hear that! If you received a faulty item, please send us a picture via email. This will help us address the issue and ensure the returns process is as quick and easy as possible.
